22" x 28" letterpress poster for the long-defunct internet radio show, Nat'l Bag, printed in Los Angeles by Colby Poster Printing Co. in 2012 (shortly before they permanently closed).

One of the last true independent commercial letterpress poster printers in the country (as opposed to "fine" or "art" printers), Colby's posters were a prominent feature of the visual landscape of Los Angeles from 1948 until 2012. Spread across the city, one could find bold typographic posters advertising bail bonds, debt consolidation, Latino night clubs, party clowns, and plumbers.

We had to switch the day of our show before these could be used, so they were never posted. But expect some amount of imperfections due to the printing process — part of its charm — as well as possibly some minor dings, scratches, or creases incurred during storage.

The posters are printed on heavy card stock that makes shipping inconvenient. So, for now, these are available FOR PICK-UP ONLY in Los Angeles. I will contact you after purchase to arrange a time for this.

All orders that cannot be picked up in person in Los Angeles will be canceled. I *may* consider shipping posters out of town if you are interested in buying multiple copies — contact me for details before purchasing.
