  • Where is the store based?

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

    If an item is sold on a pre-sale basis, production and shipping may not occur for several weeks. Please refer to individual product pages for more information about production timing.

    Due to the coronavirus pandemic, shipping will only be done — at most — once a week. Please allow for longer total shipping times than usual.

  • If I live locally in Los Angeles, can I pick up my order in person?

    Coordinating pick-ups became more work than it was worth, so now all orders will be shipped. All prices include free domestic shipping.

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    Yes.

  • What is the "handling fee"?

    Storenvy has changed policies again and now allows their fee to be hidden in the total listed price and SHOULD NOT be charging you an additional handling fee. Listed prices include all fees and shipping charges. Only tax should be added to applicable orders.
